Hello from NYC, Super Bowl weekend. There’s a ton going on here in NYC this weekend but I admit the highlight of my trip was walking in to AT&T on Broadway, seeing the Beats Music display, and talking to an AT&T sales rep who was knowledgeable on the Beats Music Family Plan. After working with AT&T over the past year to bring this to life it was gratifying and exhilarating to see it live in a store.
I would like to extend a very sincere THANK YOU to everyone at AT&T for helping us spread the word about Beats Music. It’s gonna take an army and we are proud to be enlisted with you.
Anyone entering AT&T stores will see Beats Music dedicated merchandise displays and signage. We’ve also worked closely with the AT&T reps so they can recommend Beats Music to customers one-on-one with both style and authority.
The in-store promotions are a natural extension of the bundled plans we’ve rolled out together, in particular the groundbreaking Family Plan that gives up to five family members access to Beats Music on 10 different devices for $14.99 a month after a 90-day free trial.
The relationship between AT&T’s retail stores and Beats goes way back. They’ve carried the Beats by Dre line of headphones for years, and in fact are one of the top five sellers of all Beats-branded devices.
And it’s not just a retail collaboration. Beats Music is integrated into AT&T’s online checkout path, so every new subscriber will see both the individual and Family Plan offers as they sign up. Also, look for a TV spot and social media campaign featuring the legendary Rev. Run that AT&T is kicking off to support this rollout.
